1st Blogversary!!!

1st Blogversary!!!

Yellow everyone!!

I hope you’re doing well and spreading your love and truth.

Today I’m so happy and excited because it’s the 1 year blog anniversary!! 🥳 To be honest I had to choose a paid platform to ensure my consistency over the time – I respect my money so much 🙂 – and I am glad it´s working.

For this special day, I thought I could share with you additional “facts” about me, similar to the previous post “10 things about me”, which was the post with the most with feedback, on & off the blog. We are beings with so many different things about us to share and by sharing those we can relate, connect with each other. So, let’s go:

  1. I only enjoy cashews nuts if they have shell on. I love the sour flavor and without the shell I lose 80 or 90% of my interest on eating cashews nuts.
  2. I can’t read digital books – of course I mean that I don’t like to -, no matter how hard I try to. It just doesn’t feel the same for me. I like to see, touch, and smell a hard-copy book.
  3. This is like the opposite of the point 2 above. When it comes to write, I love to write digitally. Maybe because usually I write (think) fast, my handwriting is “doctorish”, I can skip words, letters and after some time, sometimes even I can’t even understand some of the things I wrote.
  4. I only start doing pedicure in a Beauty salon recently. I felt really weird having someone taking care of my feet’s in a “lower” physical position, don’t ask me why, but I use to feel like I was humiliating the other person. Now I see as treat to myself, like a massage service, although I still prefer to do by myself.
  5. The more I grow, the more I’m proud of my age and share it. If I take time saying it I´m probably doing math / remembering… yes I can be that distracted. I think one hand because I’m the youngest of my siblings and always wanted to grow older. And in the other hand, I’m also enjoying the self development process growing up, which makes it much easier or at least “aware” navigating life. Well I can’t say that looking “good” on my age also helps me feeling good about it… yeah, ego says “hi”.
  6. I like to walk long distances, but don’t really like to run and refused to do it for long. Recently, motivated by a cousin and someone I follow; decided to give it a try and sometimes I do run small distances, interleaved with walks.
  7. When having a conversation, 99% of the time I’ll zone out thinking other random things. I’m still paying attention, listening and in case I missed something I’ll ask. It’s just a natural thing for my brain to do even when I’m interested in the conversation. if I’m not interested at all or feel like your speech is too long but I already understood your thoughts, well I’ll just travel the world or mentally solve some issues on my to do list. Despite this, trust I am very good listener.
  8. I only recently start liking flowers, in past I thought of flowers as a not good present because of their short time of life. After working in some beliefs related to that not only I enjoy seeing flowers but I also make sure I buy it often to “color” my house. And I even enjoy the beauty of the dead flowers.
  9. I love jewelry (watches, earrings, rings, necklaces) but I can’t have them for so long on my body, not because of allergies or something, but because after a while I start feeling them heavy and have the urge to take it out. I guess it’s safe to have a finger tattoo than a wedding ring or my wedding ring should not be expensive at all, because surely I´ll lose it. It’s the same with my flip flops, they normally last for a long time, because I barely wear them off at home when it’s not cold, I am mostly barefoot.
  10. I don’t really know why but I just love seeing my car, especially wheels, dirty with mud, the more dirtily the better. I guess it’s an adventurous fetish thing, it feels like I was driving somewhere cool, I don’t know. I know it has to be washed because I know it’s not good for the car. And in the opposite, I enjoy seeing the inside of the car clean.

Writing this post I realized a few personal changes over the time, and that’s growing up is all about. If the blog changes I hope it´s for better.

Did you relate yourself with one of these? What are some of things about you that not a lot of people know?

Last, I want to thank you all for the support and feedback throughout this first year.

Have a lovely week.

Be brave. Be you. Be happy.
